Three days into 2016 and we already have a contender for team goal of the year.
The goal came during Real Madrid’s La Liga clash against Valencia, with Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema all involved in the scintillating move.
In a moment of absolute magic, Madrid’s front three clicked to produce a simply stupendous goal, capped off with a cool finish from Benzema.
It started with a perfectly weighted back-heel by Bale to Ronaldo, who then set up Benzema perfectly with a look-away pass, who slotted the ball into the bottom corner of the net.
