He is showing some incredible form at the minute.
Aiden McGeady is in something of a career renaissance at the moment.
The 30-year-old winger has been showing some of his best stuff for Preston North End of late as he is helping the club march towards a playoff position.
Two weeks ago, the Glasgow-born player put in an incredible shift in his side’s 4-2 win over Brentford which yielded a brace and an assist.

Now in his most recent outing, the 30-year-old played a key role in his side’s victory, scoring a crucial equaliser on the stroke of half-time.
It was definitely a characteristic goal from McGeady, the winger started out in a wide position before cutting back inside to create room for a shot.
The Irish international does well to thwart off the attention of his opponents before rifling an unstoppable effort into the far corner of the goal.

This form comes at a perfect time for the player and for Ireland.
Martin O’Neill’s men are only four weeks out from their crucial World Cup qualifier against Wales in the Aviva Stadium and McGeady’s form may just be too good to ignore for the Irish management.
