WATCH: Juventus fans are taking over Cardiff city centre

They're making themselves heard anyway

Wil Jones

The Welsh capital is now an ocean of black & white.

You probably don’t need reminding, but the Champions League final takes place tonight between Real Madrid and Juventus, at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

Italian football fans aren’t known for being particularly shy or retiring, and the Juve fans are certainly living up to that preconception. The weather has mostly behaved in the Welsh capital, and the travelling Juventus fans are definitely making the most of it.

This is what Cardiff looked like this afternoon.

Absolute scenes.

And it’s not just in Cardiff – this is what it was like at Paddington Station in London, as both sets of fans boarded trains to Wales.

Before you ask, yes, the Real fans are out on the streets as well – they just don’t seem to have been making as much noise.
