If you can find a trippier video of a penalty shoot-out on the internet, you buy it.
To anyone who’s taking that as a personal challenge, we don’t mean trippy in the John Terry 2008 Champions League final sense of the word. We meant it more like this.
The Euro 2016 quarter-final clash between Germany and Italy on Saturday went to penalties, and while the Germans ended up going through, it was a fairly chaotic shoot-out.
Bastian Schweinsteiger missed his spot-kick, Mesut Ozil decided his wasn’t worth scoring either and even Thomas Muller didn’t convert his.
It was madness, but massively entertaining.

For those of you who missed it, only want to see Germany’s penalties and want to be bombarded with too much information at once to process it, then we’ve got the video for you.
All nine German penalties, all at once, in the shortest amount of time possible.
Now that’s efficient.
