One thing’s for sure, the travelling Irish support in Bordeaux is squeezing every ounce of fun they can out of the experience.
Ireland take on Belgium aka the highest ranked team at Euro 2016, in Nouveau Stade de Bordeaux on Satrday, but the Irish fans have been making their presence in the city known all week.
Whether it was engaging in some good, clean family fun or befriending the locals, the fans have generally been representing themselves well, especially considering the tournament has been marred by hooligan violence.

We saw more wonderful sights involving Irish fans in the French city last night. The Green army prepared for the big game against the Belgians last night by engaging in a good old fashioned sing-song in the wee hours of the morning. Despite the heavy rain pouring down, they did not let the deluge affect them and they soldiered on, staying committed to the party atmosphere.
