We’ve got another contender for the 2015 Puskas Award.
Carlos Tevez began his second stint at Boca Juniors after leaving Juventus against Quilmes on Saturday night.
There was no question over what was the highlight of the game though, which came on the 53 minute mark. Jonathan Calleri completely stole the show with a wondrous rabona lob goal for Juniors.
Calleri tried to pass to Tevez, but his effort was intercepted. The ball fell back at his feet and he seized the opportunity to delicately lob the keeper with the stunning wondergoal.
We didn’t think it was possible, but Diego Maradona’s brilliant reaction actually improved this goal.
