Jersey swapping is so 2008.
Deshorn Brown is a smart man. The Jamaican footballer knew that when his country took on Argentina in the Copa America, it would be one of the few times he would get to share the pitch with arguably the greatest footballer ever.
Despite the fact that Argentina ended up winning the game 1-0, Brown decided that he desperately needed some small token to remember the time he played against Lionel Messi.
Swapping jerseys is painfully outdated and a lot of teams no longer take part in the tradition, so Brown opted to go for the more modern souvenir.
Brown proudly showed his selfie with the great football wizard to press after the game.
