Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini (he of the Suarez-shaped hole in his shoulder) was making sure another of the world’s top forwards kept his gob sealed during tonight’s Champions League semi-final.
Ronaldo did get on the scoresheet but was otherwise quiet as Real Madrid lost 2-1 in Turin, leaving the tie finely poised as the sides head to the Bernabeu for the second leg.
