The Liverpool youngster was in stellar form for Germany’s U21s against Denmark in their Euro clash on Saturday.
Can, who has been known to play a defensive role for the Reds, made showed that he can also do the business in a more attacking role against the Danes.
In one beautiful passage of play moment, he made a bursting run from the centre of the park and played Kevin Volland with a perfectly weighted pass that split the defence open. Volland found the ball at his feet inside the box and coolly applied the finish to send the German’s 1-0 up.

Volland followed up his opener with arguably a better goal from a free-kick.
