The World Player of the Year found himself in the middle of an all-too-rare embarrassing moment, as he hit the mother and father of all shanks during this evening’s 4-1 win against Almeria.
Real came from behind to go 2-1 ahead before the ball dropped to Ronaldo on the volley at the edge of the box, but he ended up slicing it horribly, the ball eventually rolling out for a throw in.
Not his greatest moment…
However, he got the last laugh, as usual, scoring two late goals to wrap up the 4-1 win.
