We don’t know why so please don’t ask.
It’s completely understandable that you lose some of your inhibitions when you score a goal.
It’s more than a little less understandable when that celebration enters the realm of goat torment.
After FC Koln’s Anthony Ujah scored his side’s fourth goal against Eintracht Frankfurt this afternoon, the Nigerian international ran to the sidelines and grabbed a pitchside goat by the horns.
Apparently the goat, who goes by the name of Hennes VIII, is Koln’s mascot but that’s no excuse for the horn-tuggery of Ujah.
It’s not the first time Ujah has celebrated in such fashion so we’re going to go out on a limb and say it … “Maybe keep the farmyard animals away from the pitch when Ujah’s in the side.”
Just a thought
To be fair, Ujah has since come out and apologised to Hennes.
Yeeeeees Finally a win for us at home and what a special way it came. Sorry to Hennes i was a bit too hard on him pic.twitter.com/4AzCAok2fT
