Vine: Andrea Pirlo uses football wizardry to create space out of nowhere

The epitome of cool

We’re beginning to think that it’s physically impossible for Andrea Pirlo to feel pressure

The midfield maestro produced a moment of beauty during Juventus’ Copa Italia quarter final clash against Parma last night.

Pirlo found himself in a tight spot in midfield under heavy pressure from three Parma players. Any normal player would have struggled to find any sort of way to keep his side in possession in that scenario. However, Pirlo managed to do it with ease.

He conjured up some sort of football magic to dodge a couple of incoming challenges and slide a backheel pass to a defender. The most jaw-dropping part about this play is that Pirlo made the intricate piece of skill look effortless. Check out the breathtaking play below.

Juventus ran out 1-0 winners over Parma. It took an 11th hour winner from Alvaro Morata to to secure the win and give Juve clean passage into the last four of the tournament.
