It was a beat-down of epic proportions.
The United States defeated defending champions Japan 5-2 in Vancouver, Canada to claim World Cup glory.
Carli Lloyd was the hero as the USA won the cup for the first time in their history. They were 4-0 up after 16 minutes with Lloyd completing her hat-trick in style.
The striker spotted the Japanese goalkeeper off her line and let rip with a fine effort.
Expect a call from President Obama soon.
