Tim’s not happy with people thinking he’s happy.
The Newcastle United goalkeeper hit back at fans suggesting he was congratulating Jermain Defore after the Sunderland striker had put his side ahead with a worldie just before the break.
Shots of Krul smiling with Defoe at half time in the tunnel irked a lot of Geordies but the Dutch man, who has been at St. James’ Park for a decade now, insisted that he can’t repeat what he said to Defoe because it was anything but congratulatory.

Krul reckons that, if anything, the English attacker was lucky with his strike that won the derby for a fifth consecutive time for Sunderland.
