“He is the most powerful man in sport…”
“He moves with the ruthlessness of a snake…”
“He lives in his own little world of denial…”
ESPN have made what appears to be a rather interesting new documentary on Sepp Blatter, which we expect will present a more balanced picture of the controversial Fifa president than last year’s PR-exercise-dressed-up-as-a-movie, United Passions.
The new film does not come under ESPN’s award-winning 30 for 30 banner, but is instead brought to us by investigative reporting show E:60 and its top reporter Jeremy Schapp.
Whatever the title, the American network have made a habit of cutting to the heart of their subjects, so Blatter is likely to be shifting uncomfortably in his seat ahead of tonight’s premiere on US television.
Hopefully the hour-long programme will be broadcast on our screens soon, but in the meantime, let the trailer whet your appetite…
