Jeff Mostyn was having none of the cautious chat.
The Bournemouth chairman led the celebrations tonight after the south coast side completed a fairytale journey from Football League hopefuls to the Premier League.
Their 3-0 win over Bolton means they are all but promoted to the top tier barring a monumental collapse and, although Charlton tweeted a friendly reminder to the club that the job isn’t yet done, the job is done.
Amidst the wild celebrations at Dean Court, some players weren’t too sure how to answer the interview questions because “mathematically bla, bla, bla.”
So the club chairman Jeff Mostyn showed them how to do it when he interrupted the Sky Sports broadcast and went absolutely crazy, swinging off his players, laughing hysterically, and he even threw in a classic live television curse for us, too.
He was that overcome with joy, even Niall bloody Horan noticed. What? The One Direction guy…
