“Head, eh?” sniggered the official as he let fly with a coin toss that plonked right on the unsuspecting noggin of Espen Bugge Pettersen.
We don’t think that he meant it by any means but the referee didn’t seem the least bit apologetic about it and the Norwegian FA should really considering adopting a rock/paper/scissors system for kick-off when this lad is in charge.
