There was a pretty funny moment during a recent Manchester United press conference in America when Louis van Gaal suffered a slight memory lapse.
The Dutch man was trying to hammer a very serious point home about captaincy when he accidentally got Chris Smalling’s name wrong, thus completely derailing his spiel.
Luckily, “Mike” Smalling is some man to take a joke and he laughed off the whole situation.
