It was a huge night in the league.
Spurs blew their chance of going top. Arsenal blew their chance of catching Spurs. City blew their chance of catching Arsenal.
Leicester all the while were just pissing themselves laughing as a 2-2 home draw with West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday night transpired in hindsight to be an extra point they’d gain that their rivals wouldn’t.
Liverpool threw a spanner in the works and actually helped Manchester United bridge the gap to fourth as well but, whilst all this was happening, Jurgen Klopp hadn’t a notion about any of it.
He did hear one result though…
