VIDEO: Jurgen Klopp can’t hide his glee at Jordan Ibe’s first Liverpool goal

From Russia with love

That should make the long flight home more bearable.

Liverpool recorded their first Europa League win of the season with a 1-0 triumph over Group B rivals Rubin Kazan.

Jurgen Klopp named a strong side against the Russians and was rewarded with a strong performance, but it took a superb run and shot from winger Ibe to seal the win.

Just look at how pleased his manager was with Ibe after arguably his best performance in red.

In fairness, his first Liverpool goal was a peach.

However much of the post-match love was reserved for centre-half Mamadou Sakho, who ended a dominant defensive performance wearing the captain’s armband.

All that despite one very dodgy moment that was more reminiscent of his defensive partner, Dejan Lovren.
