Jozy Altidore, Sunderland flop, shows that he can outfox David Luiz, world’s most expensive defender, if he puts his mind to it.
U.S.A. may have been bested 4-1 by Brazil in an overnight friendly but David Luiz will still have needed medical treatment for the ego-bashing he was dealt by American striker Jozy Altidore.
In the opening minutes of Tuesday night’s international friendly, Toronto FC’s Altidore held off the challenge of Luiz before backheeling a nutmeg through the Brazilian defender’s legs that released a teammate.

Luiz was so shaken by the incident that he resorted to a bit of a rugby tackle to stop Altidore getting a headstart on him.
Let me remind you that PSG paid actual, real-life money for David Luiz in the form of a £50 million (€69 million) transfer fee last summer.
Meanwhile, Altidore was bought for a bag of chips and half a bottle of gone off 7-up.
