The Napoli striker is currently on holiday in Ibiza with his good friend Ezequiel Lavezzi, where he was reportedly filmed getting involved in an altercation with a fan.
El Mundo newspaper stated on Wednesday that the pair were leaving the Pacha nightclub in the early hours when a fan approached Higuain and asked him for an autograph.
When he refused, the supporter shouted “you cannot score penalties”, referring to the one he missed against Chile in the Copa America, which really struck a nerve with Higuain.
The striker then confronted the fan and tried to engage with him physically before being dragged away from the scene. He reportedly shouted, “delete the video or I’ll rip off your head” at the fan before being removed from the situation.
