Having tried boxing a few times in college we can safely say that it is the hardest and most physically demanding sport we've ever had the misfortune of putting our body though.
Your feet hurt, your arms hurt, basically every single inch of you hurts. It takes serious fitness and strength, so we're not quite sure if a man plagued with injury should really be putting his body through a tough session on the pads and the punching bag.
Although, to be fair, Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge doesn't look like he'd knock the wind out of a Tayto bag with his lame attempts at landing some blows.
We're no experts but it looks to us like he isn't even closing his fist for half the punches.
We've sweated more sitting, typing this, than Sturridge.
