VIDEO: Brazilian teammates fight each other after conceding fifth goal

At least take it out on the opposition

Kevin McGillicuddy

This is not the fighting spirit their manager was hoping for

Normally when a team gets roundly hammered its heads begin to drop, and players energy levels dim as the spirit drains from the legs of those on the field.

That’s usually why you see teams winning four or five nil being able to spray the ball around like no-one’s business.

However the Placido de Castro players had loads of energy after they conceded a fifth goal at the weekend to start tearing into each other for the miserable performance.

The Brazilian side conceded the fifth goal to Rio Branco after 80 minutes, and players began to turn on each other with a chest bump turning into an all out brawl, as players aimed boots, studs and fists at each other.
