He's posted to Instagram today showing off his bog Geordie body in his kitchen with two frying pans full of egg and protein goodness.

It's a pity his new found skills have come so many weeks after Easter, as we could have done with him around our place when Shrove/Pancake Tuesday was about.
Don't worry though. He insists that the pancakes are full of Nutella protein and are actually helping in his recovery.
Rumours that he injured himself in the process of flipping the pancakes are unconfirmed.
