Over €100k a week well spent

Andy Carroll has played the sum total of 14 games this season for West Ham and scored five goals.

He’s missed most of the campaign due to a succession on injuries, and is now absent due to a knee problem picked up in February.

But Hammers fans can rest easy that he has used his time on the sideline productively, becoming a domestic god.

He’s posted to Instagram today showing off his bog Geordie body in his kitchen with two frying pans full of egg and protein goodness.

It’s a pity his new found skills have come so many weeks after Easter, as we could have done with him around our place when Shrove/Pancake Tuesday was about.

Don’t worry though. He insists that the pancakes are full of Nutella protein and are actually helping in his recovery.

Rumours that he injured himself in the process of flipping the pancakes are unconfirmed.
