Alvaro Recoba is back scoring unorthodox wondergoals again at the ripe, old age of 38. This time Recoba found the net directly from a corner-kick during his latest appearance for his side Nacional.

Recoba is a true veteran of the beautiful game. He has 69 caps for Uruguay, represented his country at the 2002 World Cup and had an 11-year spell in Italy with Serie A behemoths Inter Milan.
He made his name during his ludicrously lengthy 20-year career by scoring impressively unusual (or unusually impressive) goals. In fact, this isn’t even the first goal he’s scored directly from a corner kick. Check out this absolute beauty he bagged for Nacional two seasons ago.
