So it’s official – Manchester United will be playing Europa League this season.
A 3-2 defeat to Wolfsburg as well as PSV Eindhoven’s 2-1 win at home to CSKA Moscow means the Premier League team will be playing on Thursday nights in the new year.
As you might guess, United fans weren’t happy…

It seemed for a brief moment that United would be going through when CSKA scored a penalty, only for Eindhoven to pull back a quick equaliser. Then it happened again with Louis van Gaal’s men finding an equaliser of their own…only for Wolfsburg to immediately to re-take the lead…
United were back into the UCL for a minute or so. Now they are back to Europa.. 😂😂😂😂
