Parrott joined Spurs from Dublin schoolboy side Belvedere last year. Clubs such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Celtic, Southampton and Everton were said to have been interested in signing the striker before he chose Tottenham.
Scott Parker, the former England midfielder, was Spurs’ U18 coach last season and was recently praised Parrott before he left the club to become Fulham’s first-team coach.
The 16-year-old looks to have a bright future ahead of him in the sport. Although he has a long way to go before making an appearance for the Spurs first-team, he’s definitely on the right track.
