"That's all I can ask for really."
Troy Parrott has revealed the advice he has received from Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte in pre-season training.
The Republic of Ireland striker has returned to Spurs after a successful loan spell with MK Dons in League One last season.
Parrott may be on the move again ahead of the new campaign, with several Championship clubs reportedly interested in signing him on loan.
In the meantime, the Dubliner is making a positive impression on Tottenham's pre-season tour in South Korea.
Troy Parrott reveals advice he has received from Antonio Conte.
Earlier this week, it was
reported that
Parrott finished first in a gruelling training session routine which saw the
Tottenham players run 42 lengths of the pitch at full pace.
Harry Kane and Son Heung-min both collapsed during the exercise, which took place at the end of a two-hour training session in temperatures of 30C.
Parrott, 20, however, lastest the longest of any Spurs player and would have caught Conte's eye in the process. The Italian coach is extremely demanding and sets high standards for his players.

Conte has also been telling the Ireland striker what he expects from his forward players, and he has given Parrott some tips and advice.
"During training, he came in and helped me with some little stuff," Parrott said about Conte during an interview with
Football London.
"(He has been) Just telling me what he wants from the attacking players and that's all I can ask for really.
"Our position is important for the press. It's a different energy and then in possession just being an option and being available for players when they've got the ball, making sure I'm there to receive the ball."
Troy Parrott linked with loan move after impressing in pre-season.
Parrott evidently possesses the athleticism required to play as a forward for Conte, who demands that his strikers press hard and set the tone for the rest of the team.
The
Ireland international, however, is most likely to head out on loan again next season as he continues his development.
According to reports, Championship sides
Sunderland, Preston North End and Queens Park Rangers are all interested in signing the striker ahead of the new campaign.

Parrott wasn't able to provide an update on his future earlier this week but predicted
Spurs would have a strong season under Conte.
"I'm not too sure what's going to happen," Parrott said.
“Since pre-season started, I've been focused on this tour and focused on doing whatever I can to impress the boss and the coaching staff.
"They've got some great players, got a great manager and I think they should be aiming for the most they can get. The sky is the limit."
