The Red Devils have been heavily linked with a massive move for Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, but if that fails to materialise, a £20million bid for Holland winger Memphis Depay seems like a solid Plan B, with ex-United spotter Ed van Stijn firmly in the 21-year-old PSV star’s camp. ‘If you compare him to a young Cristiano Ronaldo at the same age, then Depay has more strings to his bow.
