The official Jamie Vardy lookalike has responded to being blocked by the man himself

Not Vardy's having a party

Would the real Jamie Vardy please stand up?

It’s 2016 and that means that Jamie Vardy gets asked questions about his Twitter activity at Euro 2016 press conferences.

Recently, he was quizzed on his decision to block his official impersonator Lee Chapman on Twitter. The 29-year-old lifelong Leicester City supporter was thrust into the spotlight when pictures of him posing with the real Vardy on the team bus during the Foxes’ title win celebrations went viral.

Vardy refused to reveal his reasoning behind blocking Chapman on Twitter responding, “Am I not allowed to block anyone?”

Although he’s been blocked by Vardy for a while now, Chapman has kept relatively quiet about it… until now.

He responded to the news by posting a photo of himself donning a full England kit sitting on a plastic sheep. The sheep, of course, is wearing a hat bearing a St George’s cross.

The photo and accompanying caption suggests that he couldn’t care less.
