The new Southampton away jersey looks like an Africa Cup of Nations number

Home one revealed, too

The club themselves set a high standard and they’re looking to keep that up next year.

Not on the field, in the kit designer… shop.

Southampton’s home jersey this season – self-branded by the club themselves – was an Arc de Triomphe and it seems the move to adidas for the 2015/16 season isn’t letting them down.

Here’s this year’s geansaí.

And, in fairness, there isn’t much change from that lovely piece of knitwear – apart from the famous three stripes accompanying their… stripes.

After their big build-up, José Fonte showed off the Saints’ new jersey for next season.

But it’s the away one we’re most interested in.

Breaking from their safe navy number of this year, Southampton have gone all AFCON on us with this daring new outfit and we think it’s working.
