Daniel Sturridge’s wiggly arm dance will look only splendid in the new Liverpool kit.
The club launched their 2016/17 strip tonight amid much fanfare in the city, with three first team players selected for the, ahem, honour.

Jon Flanagan, Simon Mignolet, and Philippe Coutinho all got the chance to model the new kit for the first time this evening, and it’s a lovely effort.
It’s red, well done, New Balance.
They have gone for a yellow lettering rather than the current white option on this year’s kit, and the goalkeeper is a toxic green colour.
There is also some nice yellow details to the kit, and we really like the collar.

The lads looked only delighted in their kit this evening.
And not trusting footballers to stand on a stage in a line, there was even a helpful markings on the ground for them.
Bless.
The kit also features a special tribute to Anfield, with the message “There’s no noise like the Anfield noise.”
There is no white on the kit at all, while the Hillsborough tragedy is remembered on the back of the collar
