Faster than a speeding Hazard…
Robbie Brady being the best player on the pitch for Norwich City’s 1-1 draw with Arsenal may have overshadowed what James McClean managed to achieve against West Ham.
The Derry native achieve the highest top speed of any player in the last round of matches, beating the likes of Eden Hazard, the inappropriately named Kyle Walker and Jamie Vardy.
McClean managed to clock a top speed of 21.8 mph which saw him edge out the next fastest by 0.1mph.
In the words of the great Dominic Toretto, “it don’t matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning’s winning.”
Wise words indeed.
