Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore has had his say on Raheem Sterling’s contract situation, and he’s seemingly not a fan of the player’s agent.
The TalkSport pundit has called Sterling’s agent ‘classic chancer’, and suggests Brendan Rodgers should be delighted with a potential £50 million transfer fee, should the player move from Liverpool.
The Jamaican born England international gave a interview this week where he sought to clear up his situation with the club, saying he’ll wait until the end of the season to continue continue transfer talks and that trophies, not money, will decide his future.
Collymore however, thinks the player’s confused and pins the blame on his agent Aidy Ward, although he never mentions him by name.
Raheem’s agent is a classic chancer. Can see it it in every paper headline. At £50m Brendan should drive the kid to London.

Seen a lot of young kids and predatory agents. Agent is a c***. Raheem ordinarily would just play, kid doesn’t know his arse from head.
