As Saturdays go, Lewis Kinsella’s probably wasn’t up there with his best.
The 21-year-old Aston Villa defender saw his club drop out of the Premier League for the first time as their defeat at Old Trafford confirmed what Joleon Lescott was hoping to have confirmed long ago.

But the day was especially bad for young Kinsella who’s out on loan with Kidderminster Harriers and suffered a relegation with his adopted team the same day Villa finally dropped to the Championship.
A 0-0 draw with Barrow was enough to confirm Kidderminster’s exit from the Conference basement with two games to spare.
Meanwhile, another pathetic Villa display saw them go out with a whimper from the English top flight.
And the players still aren’t showing signs of a spine.

Lewis Kinsella could do nothing but laugh though as the reality of the situation sank in.
If you didn’t laugh and all that…
