The central defender is plying his trade for Gillingham in League One after a spell at Sunderland, and he grabbed his second goal of the season last night in the club’s 5-1 over Fleetwood.
The 22-year-old, who grew up in Cork, found himself in the perfect position to sweep home after Brennan Dickenson found him in the box from a free-kick and he managed to show some neat skill to turn and fire home.
