Sports Sports News’ anchor David Garrido can seriously bust some moves. We’re not sure what they are, but he can seriously bust them.
Sheffield Wednesday fans and players alike were in jubilant mood on Monday night, as a 1-1 draw with Brighton sent them into the Championship play-off final on May 28. It means the Owls are just a Wembley win away from returning to the Premier League after a 16-year wait.
As you can imagine, the away changing room after the 3-1 aggregate triumph was party central, with the players dancing like no one was watching in the most cringeworthy and brilliant way. Chief amongst them was captain Glenn Loovens, who even got the pistols out in celebration.
But it was perhaps Garrido who stole the show. The Sky Sports man is a huge Wednesday fan and that was certainly evident in his ‘performance’ after the final whistle. It was something akin to Bollywood meets Saturday Night Fever meets Zorba the Greek. Sensational stuff Geoff…
