A feisty affair.
It wasn’t too much of a feisty affair in the first half in St.Mary’s except for a little altercation between Shane Long and Marouane Fellaini.
Well, it was a one-way altercation as Long went in a bit heavy on Fellaini that led to a booking.
The Irish international hasn’t been in the best of form this season and wasn’t having much luck in the first half of their game against Manchester United.
Mid-way through the first half Long went in hard on Fellaini and in particular his Achilles.
Fellaini came off the pitch injured but returned and Long didn’t get away with his reckless challenge.
A yellow card, justice is served but Manchester United fans weren’t happy with Long’s challenge.
