Sergio Aguero was asked for five best players of all time, listed four and left out a huge name

Serious snub

It’s still difficult to say definitively, considering they’re still playing, but you’d have to say that Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are going to go down as two of the best to ever kick a ball.

Sergio Aguero agrees with half of that statement as he completely ignored Ronaldo when asked to name the top five players of all time.

It wouldn’t be that bad if the Real Madrid forward was left out because Aguero didn’t have space to squeeze him into his top five but, when answering the question for UEFA.com, the Manchester City striker named just four players.

Who are your top five players of all time?

Agüero: Messi, the Brazilian Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Maradona – that’s only four but for me they’re the ones.

While we wouldn’t disagree with any of those four names being included, surely the fifth spot that Aguero left blank ought to be filled by CR7, right or wrong?
