To be fair, Robertson and Henderson flexed it out well.
Mohamed Salah had a cracking night against Southampton at St. Mary’s on Friday. The Egyptian forward got his first goal in nine games for Liverpool and in doing so set them up for a late and crucial win away against the Saints.
His goal – a beautifully finished strike after a patient and composed run up the pitch – set Liverpool on their way to a win that put them back on top of the league, before Jordan Henderson’s goal finished the match off.

At this stage in his Premier League career we are all acutely aware of Salah’s qualities. His goal against Southampton was his 50th in the Premier League, and he got there in just 69 matches, which is pretty nice.
But after that goal he showed us a skill that we hadn’t yet seen from him: the rarely spotted celebration dummy.
Running along the goal line after taking his shirt off, Salah was running towards Jordan Henderson while being followed by Andy Robertson. The Scot looked all set to either jump on or hug Salah, while Henderson was presumably about to do the same, but at the last minute he sold them a dummy that was quite frankly the smoothest thing we’ve ever seen.
