Liverpool are closing in on their fourth signing of the summer.
Sadio Mane is undergoing a medical at Anfield after the club have agreed a transfer fee with Southampton.
It is understood that Lverpool will pay £34 million up front, with £2m in performance bonuses for the 24-year-old. This would make Mane Liverpool’s fourth new signing for the upcoming 2016/17 season after already bringing in Marko Grujic from Red Star Belgrade, Joel Matip from Schalke and handsome shot-stopper Loris Karius from Mainz.

The fee would make Mane the club’s second most expensive signing after Andy Carroll who joined the Reds from Newcastle for a reported fee of £35m.
Mane has been in stellar form for the Saints since joining them from Red Bull Salzburg in 2014. He has scored 21 Premier League goals in 67 games and racked up 11 goals and six assists in the 2015/16 Premier League campaign alone.
It is thought that Liverpool could recoup some of the losses by offloading striker Christian Benteke, who has largely been considered to be a flop since arriving at Anfield from Aston Villa for £32.5m in 2015.
