“We will miss you.”
Roy Keane has posted an emotional tribute to his beloved dog Jet, who has sadly passed away.
In a post on Instagram on Sunday, the former Manchester United star posted a number of pictures of the dog with his family, thanking his pet for everything.
“Thanks Jet for being so beautiful and loyal to our family. We will miss you,” Keane said in the post.
Former United teammate David Beckham commented on the post, saying: “The last picture is amazing… Sorry for your loss Roy.”
Keane’s Stick to Football co-hosts Ian Wright and Gary Neville also paid tribute to Jet with comments on the post

Jet starred alongside the former Ireland captain in a series of Adidas adverts last year promoting the Spezial clothing line.
His canine companion was also a special guest on an episode of The Overlap in 2021 when former teammate Gary Neville interviewed Keane while out for a walk.
Keane is a well-known lover of dogs, his most famous pet being the iconic Triggs, who passed away in 2012.
Triggs became a media sensation after Keane was infamously pictured walking her after flying home from Saipan following his exit from the Ireland World Cup training camp in 2002.
Following Triggs’ death, Keane was asked if it was hard to deal with, saying: “You can say that again. She was about 13 and unless you’ve had a dog you will never understand.
“She was a great dog and went through a lot with me, ups and downs. You will have me crying in a minute so be careful.
“But she had a good life. She had a good innings, as they say.”
