Nothing makes you feel old quite like the son of an iconic player signing his first contract with his father’s club.

Theo Pires might just be seven years old, but the sight of Robert’s son putting pen to paper has left us checking for grey hairs.
The French international didn’t need a song to get Theo to ‘sign da ting’, sharing this photo of the youngster linking up with the Gunners’ academy.

Having lost the services of Brooklyn Beckham, Arsenal will hope this famous name makes the grade at the Emirates Stadium.
If he can manage even half of what his father achieved in North London, he’ll have done well.
