The queue of clubs trying to sign Robbie Brady just got a little bit longer

European football seems inevitable...

At this stage, it’s almost easier to identify the Premier League clubs who aren’t interested in Robbie Brady.

Leicester City, Hull City, Sunderland, Stoke City and Southampton are all reportedly chasing Brady – while Aston Villa had been interested, but have rightly given up hope of signing the player.

There’s no chance Brady will be playing in the Championship next season. Norwich City suffered relegation from the Premier League last season, but look set to make a tidy profit on the £7m they paid for the full-back last summer.

Brady’s brilliant displays at Euro 2016, where he scored against Italy and France, and was the stand-out player for the Republic of Ireland, has generated a great level of interest in the Dubliner.

West Ham United are the latest Premier League to state their interest in the 24-year-old, according to the Daily Mail.

Slaven Bilic’s side, who will be playing at London’s Olympic Stadium next season, and in the Europa League, are prepared to match Leicester’s bid of £12m for the player.

Some West Ham fans on Twitter seem excited by the prospect of Brady joining the club.
