Arsenal’s chances of winning the Premier League are finished for another year.
The Gunners blew a two-goal advantage in their London derby draw with West Ham United, allowing Andy Carroll to score a hat-trick in the process.
It’s been six games since Arsenal beat leaders Leicester City with a last-minute goal from Danny Welbeck, to move within two points of the top spot.

But now Arsene Wenger’s men find themselves ten points adrift, and it’s not hard to see why when you consider the poor play of their starting striker at Upton Park.
Welbeck may have been the hero against Leicester City, but he was conspicuously absent from the play against West Ham, relying on his team-mates to get the goals.
Just how poor was the former Manchester United forward? Well, almost half of his successful passes on Saturday were from his side’s four kick-offs on the day.
