It looks like Premier League big spenders Man City have splashed the cash again.
Kevin de Bruyne could play his last game for Wolfsburg this weekend, according to reports in Germany.
Sky Deutschland are reporting that Man City are in advanced stages of a deal worth €70m, which is expected to be announced on Monday.
It is understood that City have offered the 24-year old Belgian a five-year contract, and despite Wolfsburg continuously claiming he is going nowhere, it appears as though City made them an offer that they couldn’t refuse.
Wolfsburg bought the Belgian from Chelsea for what now seems like a bargain price of £18m in January 2014.
De Bruyne is set to travel to Cologne for Wolfsburg’s Bundesliga match tomorrow.
