Falcao took his place in Monaco's side for their top of the table clash away at Nice, but the night didn't end well for the former Atletico Madrid man. Not only were Monaco on the wrong end of a Mario Balotelli-inspired 4-0 thumping, Falcao ended the night in hospital. Chasing down a ball on the edge of the Nice area, Falcao was involved in a nasty collision with goalkeeper, Yoan Cardinale. https://twitter.com/BeiingColombian/status/778699375774007296 Falcao appeared to be caught by the goalkeeper's elbow, and also seemed to bang his head on the ground a fraction of a second later. Unsurprisingly, he didn't reemerge for the second half and was taken to hospital for a series of tests.
