Not bad.
Be warned, if you have a tendency to spend too much of your hard-earned money on football shirts, steer clear of Paris Saint-Germain for the foreseeable future.
A couple of weeks ago, we had plenty of nice things to say about their recently released all-white away offering. The shirt itself is lovely, as is the detail that’s been added to the numbers which will be printed on the back of each one.
But PSG aren’t done there. Not by a long way. As we told you earlier in the month, the French champions’ deal with Nike could see Neymar, Mbappe et al. wear special Jordan kits this season.
Jordan are, for those not aware, a subsidiary brand owned by Nike, named after basketball legend Michael Jordan. Numerous reports have claimed PSG will wear Jordan kits during their Champions League matches with their iconic Jumpman silhouette logo replacing the Nike swoosh.
Having already seen leaked images showing the goalkeeper’s versions of the PSG Jordan kits, images showing the outfield shirts are now doing the rounds. As is usually the case, the reliable Footy Headlines are first to share pictures of the new kits – which include a predominantly black shirt (expected to be the home offering) with a white away.
The black shirt features the Jumpman logo, PSG crest and main shirt sponsor in white, with a patterned white strip running vertically through its centre.
The design for the other shirt appears identical, only with the white and black combination reversed.
With the Champions League group stages set to start next month, reports claim the full range of PSG Jordan shirts will be on sale by the time of the group stage draw on August 30.
Better get saving those Euros, eh?
