Someone in the kit design department took it far too literally when Jose Mourinho said that Chelsea needed to be more fierce.
The Blues’ rumoured 2016/17 jerseys have been leaked online this week and they’ve gone absolutely mad for lions.
The lion, which has featured on the club crest since 1953, will be splashed all over the front of the home kit from the start of next season if these leaks are to be believed.
The sleeves of the white away strip will be adorned with the lion and it actually looks a whole lot better than the concept sounds.
Fans will be hoping, though, that the side decide to wear the third kit more often than the home as it is likely the easiest on the eye… despite it definitely resembling a training top.
Overall, a solid 7/10.
